Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
At Nexora, we are committed to delivering high-quality electronic products along with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. However, in rare cases where you may face an issue with your order, this policy outlines our replacement, return, and refund process in accordance with industry standards and payment gateway guidelines.
1. Replacement Policy
We offer a one-time free replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product received is defective, malfunctioning, or not functioning as intended.
- The product is inspected and verified by our support team upon return.
- The product serial number and IMEI (if applicable) match our original records.
- The returned product is in reasonable physical condition and includes all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
Important Notes:
- Every product undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch to ensure it is tested and in proper working condition.
- Each customer is eligible for only one replacement per order.
- If the replacement product is unavailable or out of stock, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the selected color variant is unavailable during the replacement process, an alternative color option may be offered after customer confirmation.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:
- A valid replacement request has been approved, but the replacement item is unavailable.
- The returned product successfully passes our internal quality inspection and verification process.
Refund Timeline:
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- The final credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in the following cases:
- The product serial number does not match the original records from our warehouse.
- The product has been physically damaged, altered, misused, or mishandled after delivery.
- The request is raised after the 7-day replacement period.
- The order is canceled after it has already been dispatched.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled if:
- The cancellation request is submitted within 12 hours of placing the order, or
- The order has not yet been shipped from our facility.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
