- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro & Tier-2/3 Cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier availability and location accessibility.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing:
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner details
- Real-time tracking link
3. Shipping Charges
We believe in transparent and customer-friendly pricing.
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid purchases.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A small handling fee may apply to COD orders. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.
- Express Shipping: Available in select locations at an additional cost, which will be shown before payment confirmation.
4. Serviceable Areas
Nexora currently delivers across most locations in India.
In cases where a pin code is not serviceable by our delivery partners:
- Our support team may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution, or
- A full refund will be processed if delivery is not possible.

To ensure your order reaches you safely and in excellent condition, we use:

- Strict quality inspections before dispatch

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a shipment becomes undeliverable due to:

additional re-delivery charges may apply.
